Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer may not be eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased on sale or discount
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items damaged due to improper use by the customer

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or store credit, depending on the payment method used.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
